South Essex Mental Health Information & Advice Line

Basildon Mind operates a telephone service for anyone in the South Essex area. The South Essex Mental Health Information & Advice Line was set up to provide contact numbers and information on services to help those with mental health problems.

The Information & Advice Line holds information on services, both statutory and voluntary, across South Essex.

The Information & Advice Line is available to professionals, relatives, carers and those experiencing mental health problems or anyone who would like information or advice regarding mental health.

The line is open 7 days per week and is available on:-
