Mini Specialist Library

The mini specialist library is a resource designed for both public and professional use. Initially funded by the charity National Mind, the library provides factual and accessible information ranging from problems experienced by children, to the psychology of growing old.

A variety of mental health issues are covered including anxiety, schizophrenia, self-harm, post natal depression and bereavement. Guidelines for counsellors are available, alongside first hand accounts of mental illness and different approaches within therapy.

Using the Library

Proof of address is needed to join the library, and a membership fee of £1.
