The mini specialist library is a resource designed for both public and professional use. Initially, it was funded by the charity National Mind. The library provides factual and accessible information ranging from problems experienced by children to the psychology of growing old.
A variety of mental health issues are covered including anxiety, schizophrenia, self-harm, post-natal depression and bereavement. Guidelines for counsellors are available, alongside first-hand accounts of mental illness and different approaches within therapy.
Our very specialised selection contains a wealth of information.
