Wellbeing Groups

When people are socially isolated, it can impact negatively on their mental health. So, we arrange groups for people to meet and talk with others who have similar life experiences.  Our range of activities are based on the principles of the 5 Ways of Wellbeing: Connect, Be active, Learn, Take notice and Give.
