Many people are having problems with anxiety, low moods, feeling locked in or overwhelmed by family problems, and these may have become worse with the new lockdown.
We are here for you, so please get in touch with us if you think you need some help. We have been keeping our counselling service open since the first lockdown and we are building on that. Quite a lot of the appointments are remote (e.g. by phone or Zoom), but we are also seeing people face-to-face in our counselling premises, which we have adapted to make ‘Covid safe’, with the help of our counsellors, volunteers and staff.
To keep everyone safe, we ask that you visit our Counselling premises only if you have an appointment. Visitors will not be allowed in without a booked appointment. For appointments please call 01268 284 130 (please leave a message if your call is not answered, we will endeavour to call you back as soon as possible)
